Mayer's Construction and Remodeling is a family business founded in San Jose, California in 2009. Nathan and Mike Mayer built this company together and they work together on every single project today. That is not common in this industry. Most contractors hand your project off between departments or subcontractors and hope for the best. At Mayer's, the people you meet at the first consultation are the same people who see your project through to the final walkthrough. We are based in San Jose and serve homeowners across the Bay Area Peninsula and South Bay. From Los Altos, Saratoga and Los Gatos to Menlo Park, Palo Alto, Atherton, Hillsborough, Woodside, Sunnyvale, Cupertino, Santa Clara, Mountain View, Campbell, San Carlos, Redwood City, San Mateo and Burlingame. Our in-house team includes a licensed architect, a structural engineer and an interior designer. Your project is designed and built by the same people under one roof. One team. One plan. No handoffs. We handle every permit, every filing and every inspection. We create 3D renderings before any work begins. And we stay in communication with you throughout every phase. We have completed over 500 projects across the Bay Area Peninsula since 2009. We also serve select clients from our secondary office in Agoura Hills, CA.
