I cannot say enough good things about the team at Mayer's construction company. Mike, Nathan, and Jason were all amazing to work with and made the process of refurbishing kitchen cabinets and renovating multiple bathrooms a breeze. Mike was a true professional who kept everything organized and on track. He was always available to answer my questions and provide updates on the progress of the project. Nathan and Jason were the construction experts who did an outstanding job with the work. They transformed our bathrooms into beautiful, modern spaces with new flooring, fixtures, mirrors, and vanities. Additionally, the refurbished kitchen cabinets elevated the entire kitchen and made it a beautiful space to cook and entertain in.. Mayer’s construction did a home remodeling for us during the last 6 months. It has been a big home remodel for us that took design and build as well. After months spending finding the right company for us, we have choose to work with Mike & Nathan Mayer from Mayer’s construction.
A week after finalizing contract we started working with Su & Luis both company’s architect and engineer. We worked on the new plans we agreed and wanted at first and started to have architect drawings ready, when we got into engineering process, both Mayer’s construction and us didn’t know we were suppose to redone so much of the existing footings and reinforce of additional walls as 20 years ago we did a 2nd story addition that was probably made poorly and unprofessional. They were extremely kind and helpful and kept the price as we agreed on and didn’t changed a thing. The plan process and measurements took about a month or so, and finally we were able to submit the plans to the city of San Jose.

We had several people come out over the past couple of years for a design consultation for a remodel of our kitchen. We did not care for their design layouts.
We met Mike Mayer from Mayer's Construction. & Remodeling and decided to have him come out to evaluate our remodel. Mike and Nathan came out and spent several hours reviewing what we wanted. When they returned with a design, we didn't recognize that it was our kitchen. The design blew us away because it was so different from any other designer's suggestions. The design included an island that totally changed the concept of our kitchen. Without adding any square footage to the house, the design doubled the size of our kitchen.

We had Mayer's CNR do a complicated addition and remodel that added a bathroom and expanded the footprint of the house. Not the cheapest, but very professional, flexible, and communicative throughout the project. Friends of ours with similar or even smaller projects complain about their contractors taking much longer than promised and being ghosted for days by their project managers. That was not the case with Mayer's team.
The project was done on time and within the quoted budget, despite several unexpected complications along the way, including the age of the house and the fact that the crew had to work around us so that we could stay in the house for most of the project.
The addition is beautiful and the house is much more functional and enjoyable than before.

It had been quite some time working with Mayer’s Construction on our beautiful home project and we can’t believe it came to an end.
First, these great guys was so nice before, along and during the entire construction process, even when we came to some on site construction difficulties, Mike and Seam were able to adjust and be on top of their workers and people who needed to do certain work.

Mike, from Mayer's Construction came over to give us an estimate, we were impressed with the meeting and presentation, we decided to go ahead and paint the inside of our entire house and also repaired a hole in our dinning room. We could not be mor epleased with the work and very glad we hired them. The crew was on time abd completed the work in time frame given at the time of the estimate.
