How Our Design-Build Process Works
It starts with a conversation. We visit your home, listen to what you want and give you an honest assessment of what is possible within your budget and timeline. From there our designer works with you on the full vision. Our architect translates that into detailed plans. Our structural engineer handles everything technical. And we create a complete 3D rendering so you can see exactly what your finished space will look like before any work begins. Once you approve the design we handle every permit filing with the City of San Jose. We manage every trade on the job. And Nathan and Mike are accessible throughout the entire project.
